Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of Franklinton Animal Hospital, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

We provide veterinary medical services for a wide range of animals including dogs, cats, rabbits, ferrets, birds, and other small animals. Our services include but are not limited to:

• General wellness and preventive care
• Vaccinations
• Surgical procedures
• Urgent care (walk-in basis)
• Grooming services (by appointment only)
• Diagnostic services

Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of service
• We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit
• We offer a 3% discount for cash payments (not applicable to grooming services)
• Certain services require cash-only payment (cosmetic ear trims, C-sections)
• We do not accept personal checks

Appointment & Walk-In Policy

We operate on a walk-in basis for veterinary services (first-come, first-served). Grooming services require appointments. Cancellation policies apply to grooming appointments.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide the highest quality of care, veterinary medicine is not an exact science. We cannot guarantee specific results or outcomes.
